Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience within Product Design, UX Design, UI Design or Digital Product Design

  • Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design and user-centred design methodologies
  • Experience designing customer-facing digital products and experiences
  • Familiarity with design systems and scalable design frameworks
  • Strong visual design and communication skills
  • Experience collaborating closely with engineers and product stakeholders
  • Proven ability to operate effectively within fast-moving and evolving organisations
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Demonstrated ownership mentality with a track record of delivering results
