Rippling is seeking a Product Design Lead to lead design efforts for their workforce management product, focusing on modernizing the hourly workforce experience through AI-driven product design and development.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of end-to-end product design experience
  • Active use of LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) in design workflow
  • Comfort with AI-assisted prototyping tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar)
  • Strong eye for craft, both interaction and visual
  • Relentless customer focus and desire to dig deep to understand real user needs
  • Exceptional communication skills
