Design consumer-facing products at TikTok that impact hundreds of millions of users globally, with a focus on instant messaging and social interaction experiences.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products in an internet or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong end-to-end product design skills, with a solid foundation in UX, UI, and product thinking, as well as comfort working with data to inform decisions.
  • High level of ownership and self-motivation, with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly, reflect, and continuously improve through iteration.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; positive, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Passion for product design and curiosity about emerging technologies and user behaviors
