Job Description
We’re hiring a Product Designer to own complex user journeys across a technical, workflow-driven product, with an emphasis on UX, systems thinking, and ownership. This role involves designing and driving end-to-end experiences across onboarding, workflows, and core product surfaces, and partnering closely with product and engineering to simplify complex systems into intuitive, high-quality user experiences for technical users.

Requirements

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in Product Design or a design-leaning Design Engineer role
  • Strong portfolio showing ownership of complex product flows such as B2B tools, dashboards, or workflows
  • Clear product thinking with strong reasoning and problem decomposition
  • Experience in fast-moving or high-growth environments
  • Ability to move from concept to shipped experience with minimal oversight
  • High attention to interaction design, usability, and system clarity
  • Comfort iterating independently without relying heavily on engineering
  • Strong Signals: Experience designing workflow-heavy or technical products, Portfolio shows depth with clear decision-making, not just visuals, Evidence of shipping quickly and improving based on feedback, Ability to simplify complex systems into usable interfaces
