Requirements
- Minimum of two to four years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related design discipline
- Deep understanding of components, auto-layout, and libraries in Figma
- Hands-on experience with workflow-heavy interfaces, data visualization, and Atlassian tools like Jira
- Sharp eye for typography, hierarchy, and layout
- Communication skills to explain design decisions clearly and ask thoughtful questions
- True AI fluency to integrate AI into your workflow and expand your creative range
- Comfortable using and learning tools like Claude, Lovable, and Codex
