Role OverviewAs a Product Development Engineer, you will play an important role in developing and improving products from idea to release. You will translate product needs into clear engineering solutions, work with colleagues across functions, and help ensure that our products are robust, compliant, and ready for customer use.
What You Will Do
Develop new and improved products for manual lubrication and fluid-handling applications, convert product requirements into clear specifications, concepts, designs, drawings, and technical documentation, and ensure that products meet performance, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related engineering field
- Experience in product development, product engineering, or design engineering within an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of mechanical design, materials, components, drawings, tolerances, and product documentation
- Experience with product testing, validation, qualification, or compliance activities
- Ability to turn customer, product, and business needs into practical engineering solutions
- A structured way of working, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders across functions and locations
