Role OverviewThe LS-SWIFT team is looking for a self-motivated and creative Product Development Engineer to join the support of the existing and of the next Generation Voyager tool. The ideal candidate should work effectively with team members from crossing all functions, including the suppliers, to implement features that will optimize performance, manufacturability, serviceability, diagnostics, cycle time, COGS, quality and reliability.
What You Will Do
Responsible for system-level engineering support of Voyager platforms. Drives resolution of complex technical issues, supports continuous product improvements, and ensures system performance, reliability, and serviceability of released products.

The ideal candidate should have a complete understanding and/or ownership of the top level Voyager system specifications, system error budget, interfaces and working parameters for the optimum hardware/software integration; and has a proven track record of system engineering expertise crossing all functions.
Requirements
- MS in Engineering, Physics, Optics, or related fields
- Ability to work effectively with little supervision and achieve results in a timely manner
- Proven track record of technical issues resolution
- Experience developing or supporting complex optical-mechanical systems or assemblies
- Experience in optoelectronics, sensor technology, microscopy, optics, or systems design/support
- Understanding of lithography and semiconductor manufacturing process
