Role OverviewThe Product Engineer is responsible for new product design and existing product enhancement to support Oldcastle Infrastructure’s growing business. They will be responsible for all design tasks and aspects within the Polymer Concrete product category including commercial support and collaboration with operation and product management teams. This is a remote role with about 20% travel.
What You Will Do
Establish design specifications based on industry and customer standards and expectations, perform product design and detailing, and oversee product prototyping and testing of Polymer Concrete enclosures with accompanying components/accessories.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering, or related field
- 5+ years relevant product development and hands-on work experience with physically manufactured product(s)
- Accredited PE/PEng or EIT is preferred
- Strong technical ability
- Pro-active collaborative individual with a passion for excellent product and continuous improvement
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in 3D modeling and document management software
- Proficient in applicable simulation analysis software tools
- Demonstrated ability to understand regulatory code/standards and achieve product compliance
