Role OverviewThe Product Engineering Lead will manage a team of Product Engineers, own a product line, and provide technical expertise to support business growth. The role involves leading a team, mentoring, and driving continuous improvement activities.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include leading projects, mentoring team members, supporting risk assessments, and driving continuous improvement activities. The Product Engineering Lead will also work with the Production Manager to assign and prioritize work.

Requirements
- BS/MS in an engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical or Manufacturing
- Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing or project experience
- Fundamental knowledge of root cause/corrective and preventative action
- Problem solving/root cause analysis, leadership of multi-function technical teams, project management, technical writing and cost estimating experience
- Background in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement and strong problem solving skills
- Must have or be able to obtain a U.S Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance
