Role OverviewResponsible for overall suspension system design and development, managing design analysis projects, and providing continuous improvement. Coordinates with CAD, FEA, and laboratory personnel and interfaces with other departments.
What You Will Do
Design, validate, and provide test reports and sign-off documents to ensure production readiness. Manage value added, value engineered projects. Work with the product portfolio team throughout the SPDD process to define project objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Agricultural, Aeronautical, or related engineering field
- Four to six years' experience in vehicle structural design (preferably heavy or medium duty truck)
- Demonstrated ability to manage development projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Working understanding and knowledge of Computer Aided Design and Analysis tools
