Role OverviewThis is a highly impactful design and development role with end-to-end ownership of bringing innovative heated, cooled, and ventilated systems from concept through production. You will lead the development, validation, and successful launch of customer-specific solutions, partnering cross-functionally to ensure products meet performance, quality, cost, and timing requirements.
What You Will Do
Ensure product is designed within various industry quality standards, act as a technical liaison between customer and project management, initiate and review design FMEA's, DVP&R, BOM and drawings, and assist in the establishment of system requirements and specifications.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Working knowledge of FMEA's, DVP&R
- Strong communication and business relations skills
- Strong Root cause analysis skills
