Role OverviewThe Product Engineer I supports the design, development, and sustaining of passive RF and millimeter wave products, including antennas and subassemblies. This role focuses on mechanical design, manufacturability, and product performance by collaborating closely with electrical engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
What You Will Do
Exhibit abilities in design, testing, and troubleshooting the company's passive components, including passive antennas and/or sub-assemblies. Design, review, and support 40% of the company product offerings in either discipline. Perform design review, test, and troubleshoot manufacturing procedures for first article prototypes.

Requirements
- BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 1 to 3 years of relevant technical experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in relevant test equipment
- Familiar with microwave-industry material properties and their manufacturing processes and limitations
- Understanding manufacturing equipment and process limitations and their RF performance impact
- Proficient in relevant mechanical design software: Solidworks and Draftsight
- Basic understanding of PCB layout tools
