Job Description
Varda is a fast-growing company focused on developing commercial space infrastructure, with a mission to expand the economic bounds of humankind through space exploration and innovation. They are seeking a motivated and creative Product Engineer to lead efforts in improving therapeutics with microgravity and shape the low Earth orbit economy. Varda is headquartered in El Segundo, California, with offices in Washington, DC, and Huntsville, AL.
Requirements
PhD degree in chemical engineering, materials science, engineering physics, applied physics, physics, or similar field
M.S. degree with 3+ years of experience in the biopharma industry
Experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting laboratory equipment
Strong project management skills and ability to effectively partner with multiple collaborators
