Requirements

  • Delivering a best-in-class brand experience to guests
  • Building a strong understanding of products and sharing knowledge with guests
  • Championing Arc'teryx as a brand ambassador
  • Developing passions and interests in and out of the store
  • Providing feedback on merchandising and in-store experience
  • Maintaining a collaborative relationship with the team and store leadership
  • Supporting with various store tasks and answering phones and emails
  • Utilizing the Point-of-Sale system to process transactions
  • Receiving and unpacking boxes for inventory
