Role OverviewManage large product implementations with high degree of product development effort and customization. Drive clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered according to defined scope, dates, and budget. P&L responsibility for the project.

Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders/partners, engage with clients at all levels, and contribute to process improvements and team development initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in program/project management delivering software products or services, product development in financial services domain
- 3+ years of working in a similar Product & solutions company with exposure to post-trade automation business domain
- Proven track record of successfully delivering highly complex IT transformation projects within the financial services industry
- Good written, presentation, and verbal communications skills
- Good business knowledge in post-trade automation space
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Training or understanding of standard project management methodologies (e.g. PMI)
