Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree & 8+ years of experience in program/project management delivering software products or services, product development in financial services domain OR equivalent experience
- 3+ years of working in a similar Product & solutions company with exposure to post trade automation business domain OR similar experience
- Proven track record of successfully delivering highly complex IT transformation projects within the financial services industry
- Good written, presentation, and verbal communications skills that can applied across organizational levels
- Good business knowledge in post trade automation space
- Excellent client facing skills. A good communicator with strong relationship building skills
- Training or understanding of standard project management methodologies e.g. PMI
