Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product, operations, or market infrastructure roles in the digital assets industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in institutional digital asset settlement workflows
  • Strong understanding of regulated financial environments and financial infrastructure for both investment and payment workflows
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to prioritize, eliminate ambiguity, and drive complex initiatives to completion
