Role OverviewWe're hiring a Product Lead, New Product Verticals to build and evolve the core product experiences that power Collective's member platform. You'll lead every new service Collective launches beyond its core, deciding which bets to make and in what order across banking, credit, lending, factoring, insurance, and retirement, then taking each one from vendor conversations to launch.
What You Will Do
Own the new-services roadmap: decide which verticals Collective enters next and in what order, with a clear case for each bet. Size every opportunity on the numbers (level of effort, margin, market size, and scope) and bring a point of view to leadership.

A track record of taking products from zero to one: you've found the opportunity, built it, and shipped it to real users. Former founders (including YC alumni whose company didn't make it) are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- A track record of taking products from zero to one
- An entrepreneurial, high-ownership mindset
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Go-to-market or growth experience
- Fintech or financial services experience (banking, credit, lending, insurance, or retirement) is a strong plus
- Clear, direct communication with executives, outside partners, and engineers alike
- Comfort working closely with engineering
- Fluency with AI tools for research, prototyping, and analysis
- Interest in growing into the leader of a vertical, such as banking or credit, once it has proven itself
