Product Life Cycle Associate Attorney

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• 3–5 years of products liability litigation experience
• Experience with drafting briefs and discovery responses, taking and defending depositions, oral advocacy, expert witness coordination, document management in complex litigation, and multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated proceedings
• Strong analytical, drafting, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with strong client service skills
• Active bar membership in California, Colorado, Washington, or New York
