Role OverviewWe are seeking a Product Management Engineer to manage data center products and projects, collaborating with Sales and RMA teams to engage customers and provide technical support. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, customer-facing experience, and excellent communication skills.
What You Will Do
Gather customer feedback, coordinate new projects, and provide technical support. Research market and technical trends to provide business strategy proposals. Support NPI, PLM, and MES implementation.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in optical transceiver testing engineering
- Minimum of a Master's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Semiconductor Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Must be bilingual in English and Chinese
- Superior organizational, planning and coordination skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- A Project Management Professional certification is preferred
