Job Description
As an IRS E-Trading Product Manager, you will drive the overall strategy and growth of the electronic rates trading business. You will develop solutions for the local market and the global investor community by collaborating with key external market participants and managing internal stakeholders to deliver market leading trading solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in Fixed Income Rates markets
  • Strong technical understanding of Interest Rate Swaps trading
  • Demonstrated ability to develop thorough, integrated, commercially sound product plans
  • Technical proficiency in creating detailed Business Requirement Specifications
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver technical solutions to complex problems in a fast-paced, risk-focused environment
