Job Description
The Product Manager for Laboratory leads the development and enhancement of our laboratory solutions, collaborating with engineering, clinical stakeholders, and regulatory teams to ensure our software meets the evolving needs of laboratories and healthcare providers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Healthcare Informatics, Laboratory Science, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in laboratory information systems (LIS) product management, administration, and/or implementation
  • Strong understanding of anatomic pathology workflows, including specimen tracking, grossing, reporting, and digital pathology
  • Experience working with LIS software, laboratory operations, and integration with healthcare IT systems
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry standards affecting LIS and laboratory operations
