Role OverviewThis hybrid role splits time approximately 50/50 between defining product direction for AVOID and managing delivery across five Statements of Work (SOWs). The ideal candidate enjoys working across engineering, customers, leadership, and external partners to transform customer needs into delivered capabilities.
What You Will Do
Own the product roadmap for AVOID, gather and prioritize customer requirements, translate operational needs into clear product requirements, work closely with software, hardware, and data engineering teams, and coordinate beta programs, field trials, and customer feedback activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Five or more years of experience in product management, project management, or technical program management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams
- Ability to manage multiple complex efforts simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working directly with government customers or government-funded projects
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (Must be U.S. citizen)
