Role OverviewThe Product Manager / Project Manager will lead the continued evolution of the AVOID product while coordinating execution of a multi-workstream government contract. This hybrid role splits time approximately 50/50 between defining product direction for AVOID and managing delivery across five Statements of Work (SOWs).
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities will include owning the product roadmap for AVOID, gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, translating operational needs into clear product requirements, and coordinating beta programs, field trials, and customer feedback activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Five or more years of experience in product management, project management, or technical program management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working directly with government customers or government-funded projects
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (Must be U.S. citizen)
