As a Product Manager, you will develop and execute product line strategies and initiatives to drive sales and profit growth, and long-term sustainability of the product line. This role is remote but will report to our Corporate Office in Sarasota, FL, and requires some travel.
What You Will Do
Develop product line strategies, lead cross-functional teams, drive sales and profit growth, and analyze the product line to rationalize products and reduce complexity. Identify new sourced and manufactured products, drive cost reductions, and facilitate new item set-up and pricing approvals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in Product Management or related experience
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Passion for product lines being managed and a bias for action
- Demonstrated experience in driving change and holding others accountable for results
- Business acumen and experience managing and improving P&L results
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting set deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Required to travel ~25% of the time, some international travel
