Role OverviewThe Product Manager will be deeply embedded with clinicians, agency operators, and the engineering team to identify problems worth solving and ship solutions that make a real operational impact.
What You Will Do
The Product Manager will live in the customer's world, own product discovery and direction, partner closely with engineering, work cross-functionally, drive outcomes, and define success metrics.
Why It Might Be a Fit

Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment
- Technical background: Whether through engineering, CS, or hands-on experience building with technical teams, you can go deep with engineers and have meaningful conversations about AI/ML systems

- Experience owning workflow-heavy or operational products where the details matter
- Comfort making tradeoffs with incomplete information and moving fast without sacrificing quality
- Clear communicator: You can align a room and write a spec that engineers actually want to read
- High ownership mentality and comfort operating in ambiguity
