Role OverviewThe Product Manager, Production Manufacturing leads the activities of the Production Manufacturing section to accomplish manufacturing targets/objectives, budgeted financial objectives, and customer requirements. This role is responsible for driving manufacturing excellence in support of short and long-term objectives and strategies.
What You Will Do
Provides direct support in the day-to-day coaching and leading of section, manages and oversees section TPM, Kaizen, Training activities, and KPIs, ensures compliance to all SIA policies and procedures, responsible for development of Section strategies and targets to support all initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in organizational leadership, industrial manufacturing, related field, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education
- Four years of relevant experience including previous supervisory experience within a manufacturing facility
- Willingness and ability to rotate between 1st and 2nd shift assignments on a schedule or as needed
