Role OverviewThe ideal candidate will own the Reporting & MIS workstream, ensuring continuity, accuracy, and reliability of operational reporting while transitioning from legacy platforms to the future-state cloud ecosystem. The role will work closely with various teams to define reporting requirements, manage the product backlog, drive data validation and reconciliation, and ensure reporting readiness throughout the migration.

Responsibilities include owning the Reporting & MIS product backlog, assessing MIS reports, partnering with teams to define requirements, driving data validation and reconciliation, leading Reporting & MIS UAT, and driving reporting rationalization and automation.

Requirements
- Experience in Reporting, MIS, BI, Data Analytics, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis
- Strong knowledge of operational reporting, KPIs, data validation, and reporting processes
- Hands-on experience with data validation, reconciliation, source-to-target mapping, UAT, and defect management
- Understanding of data flows, cloud platforms, data repositories, and reporting/visualization layers
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience in management/executive reporting and tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar
- Working knowledge of SQL, data querying, and data analysis
- Knowledge of Google Cloud, Five9, CCaaS/contact center technologies, or cloud-based data environments is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience; knowledge of SAFe, Agile, Product Management, or Project Management is a plus
