Product Manager | Fully Remote USA

As a Product Manager at Hirevue, you'll help shape products that power how organizations evaluate talent at scale. You'll work closely with Product Design, Engineering, and Data Science to turn customer needs into thoughtful, measurable solutions.

What You Will Do

You'll turn Hirevue's strategy and customer problems into clear product direction, define and own a compelling product vision and roadmap, and lead ideas from 'what if?' to 'it's live.'

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or a closely related role
• Experience working on data-driven or evaluation-based products
• Strong SaaS experience and comfort working cross-functionally
• Clear communication skills and the ability to influence without authority
• Curiosity, empathy, and a desire to keep learning
