Role OverviewAs Product Manager for GenAI, you'll shape how conversational assistants, policy advisors, and agentic solutions show up inside Protegrity's installed products, turning complex security and compliance requirements into experiences customers trust. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and customers to validate ideas early and bring them to market with rigor. It's a role built on continuous learning, as security and AI standards evolve quickly.
What You Will Do
Define and deliver the roadmap for user-facing GenAI features, including conversational assistants, policy advisors, and agentic solutions, embedded across Protegrity's cloud and on-prem products. Conduct market research, user research, and competitive analysis to guide product decisions. Define and track success metrics tied to sales growth, retention, and user satisfaction.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of product management experience in enterprise software, AI/ML-enabled products, or security solutions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

- Strong familiarity with global security and compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to deliver AI-driven user experiences in enterprise environments
- Documentation-driven and detail-oriented
