Manage product lifecycle, lead new product initiatives, drive growth through all channels, create 3-year product plans, participate in VOC visits, and support channel execution.

Requirements
- 4-year degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years managing physical products in a CPG, hardware, or manufacturing environment
- Experience working with large national retailers (Lowe's, Home Depot, Walmart, etc.)
- Deep familiarity with BOMs, costing, pricing, and supply chain constraints
- Proven track record launching products into brick-and-mortar, distribution, and ecommerce channels
- Comfortable using Excel, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and managing multiple projects simultaneously
