Role OverviewThe Product Manager is responsible for the strategic, commercial, and technical success of assigned SENKO product lines. This role owns the product lifecycle from market analysis, concept development, and new product introduction through commercialization, sales enablement, lifecycle management, and profitability tracking.
What You Will Do
Own the strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, positioning, and commercial success of assigned SENKO product lines, ensuring alignment with company objectives, customer needs, market opportunities, and profitability goals. Develop and execute product plans that maximize revenue, margin, market share, and customer adoption while supporting SENKO's global business strategy.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or technical graduate degree is a plus
- 3+ years of experience managing or supporting the lifecycle of tangible products in a product management, product marketing, or related technical/commercial role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams
- Experience in fiber optics, telecommunications, data communications, connectivity, manufacturing, or tangible technical products preferred
- Experience working with global teams, customers, suppliers, or cross-functional organizations strongly preferred
- Ability to operate with ownership and initiative; a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset is highly valued
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40% to support customers, Sales, trade shows, suppliers, manufacturing sites, and internal meetings
