Role Overview

As a full-time member of the Product Management Team, you set global strategy across diverse markets. You are solutions-oriented and on the cutting edge of what our customers need before the market has yet realized the potential. You’re an experienced Product Manager looking to make an impact on a global market with a high growth company.

What You Will Do

Defining and managing clear product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals across owned product lines. Continuously analyzing market trends, customer needs, competition, and technology advancements to inform product decisions.

Expertise in product strategy formulation, market analysis, product roadmap development, and competitive positioning. Strong experience managing complex product lifecycles from concept, through validation, launch, growth, maturity, and end-of-life phases.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field — or equivalent professional experience — is preferred.
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B industrial products or physical hardware (Industrial Computing, Rugged Electronics, or Embedded Systems preferred).
  • Proven understanding of customer need identification, hardware selection, manufacturing processes, and lifecycle management specific to hard goods.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with business case development, cost analysis, pricing strategy, and profitability optimization.
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
