We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the Messaging Enablement Platform (MEP), defining and driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the tools, workflows, and platform capabilities that empower internal teams to create, manage, and optimize messages that delight our members.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience building products with an internal enablement or platform focus, with a proven record of prioritizing and successfully launching impactful capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience building scalable tools and platform capabilities that serve a diverse set of internal stakeholders with a consumer-facing objective.
  • Proven ability to synthesize broad stakeholder input into a coherent strategy and communicate prioritization decisions clearly and credibly.
  • Strong track record of building collaborative, trust-based relationships with both internal customers and engineering teams.
  • Expertise in developing vision, strategy, and roadmap for a cross-functional space, incorporating broader business context.
  • Experience with A/A and A/B testing.
