Job Description
The Principal Salesforce Architect will design and manage the delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for Blue Shield of California, focusing on Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Engagement, and Marketing Cloud Personalization.
Requirements
Mentor and manage ongoing key personas development for product areas
Conduct secondary market research and apply toward product strategy
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using the Salesforce platform
Design and document data ingestion, harmonization, and unification strategies within Data Cloud
Architect real-time personalization solutions using Marketing Cloud Personalization
Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects
Follow and define coding standards and lead code reviews
