Job Description
Phaedon is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Marketing Manager (On Call) to help accelerate growth for our loyalty technology platform. This role will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, and Client Strategy, owning how we position our platform, bring new capabilities to market, and translate product innovation into clear customer value.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, feature releases, and strategic initiatives
  • Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across core audiences and industries
  • Translate product functionality into compelling business outcomes for prospects and clients
  • Partner with Sales to create enablement materials including pitch decks, battlecards, demos, objection handling, and talk tracks
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support Bottom of Funnel (BOFU) campaigns that drive demos
  • Refine ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, purchase triggers, and segmentation strategies
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, threats, and growth opportunities
  • Gather customer and market feedback to inform roadmap priorities and product strategy
  • Ensure consistency of product narrative across website, proposals, presentations, and customer communications
  • Track launch performance, win/loss trends, adoption metrics, and commercial impact of marketing initiatives
  • Serve as the connective tissue across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to drive alignment and execution
