Role OverviewThe Product Operations Lead is a part of the store leadership team responsible for executing on the store product strategy, including product operations and inventory management. They lead inventory shifts, oversee back of house product operations, and ensure both the floor and BOH are stocked and well-organized.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with store leadership, plan and prioritize inventory processing and accuracy activities, and execute product actions. Engage team members in inventory management, monitor product levels, and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.

Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
- Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods
- 1 year of work experience
- Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics
- Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others
