Role OverviewJoin Axon and be a Force for Good. As a Product Operations Manager I, Customer Operations, you'll be the internal engine behind every deal, from quote to purchase order to delivery, and the go-to contact between Axon Air and our external Revenue Operations partners.
What You Will Do
Release purchase orders and manage order administration end-to-end, from quote to fulfillment. Become Axon Air's deal-processing product expert, helping Quoting and Commercial Operations teams understand our products so deals get structured right the first time.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- 3+ years in sales operations, order administration, product operations, or similar
- Sharp attention to detail — you catch the error before it becomes a problem
- A builder's curiosity: you see a manual process and want to automate it
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/CPQ tools
- A ground-up mindset — you learn the workflow before you redesign it
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence both external partners and internal teams
