Role OverviewThe TikTok LIVE Governance team builds strategies, tools, and platforms that support a safe, thriving livestreaming community. We combine product innovation, operational expertise, and AI to improve governance effectiveness, user experience, and the efficiency of our business and operations teams.
What You Will Do
You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Policy, and Operations teams to identify user needs, shape product improvements, drive launches and adoption, and measure results.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role combines product thinking with hands-on execution. You will own product operations initiatives from problem discovery through rollout and iteration, using data and user feedback to improve how our governance products work in practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in product operations, product management, strategy and operations, or a related role
- Demonstrated product sense
- Working knowledge of the product development lifecycle
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with data analysis tools
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects across teams
