Job Description
As a Product Ops Manager, E-Commerce Search, you will be responsible for improving TikTok E-commerce search user experience through research and providing actionable insights to cross-functional teams. You will collaborate with the international operations team and oversee team members' work.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience with search products / engines
  • Knowledge of basic research and evaluation methodologies
  • High levels of written and oral fluency in both Mandarin and English
  • Strong logical thinking, deep user empathy and acumen in data analysis
  • Ability to independently develop project plans and oversee execution
