Product Owner - Listings Platform

As a Product Owner, you'll play a critical role in shaping innovative, AI-enabled solutions for regulated client-facing platforms and internal tools within Nasdaq's Listings organization. You'll thrive in this position if you're collaborative, data-driven, and passionate about leveraging technology to improve workflows and deliver exceptional user experiences in a fast-paced financial services environment.

What You Will Do

Own and prioritize product backlogs, define user stories, and lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder reviews to deliver high-quality features in collaboration with cross-functional scrum teams. Design and reimagine end-to-end workflows to optimize efficiency, usability, and regulatory compliance across client-facing and internal platforms.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance product development and workflow optimization
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments
