Role OverviewThe Product Owner partners with Rumpke business leadership to define, plan, and deliver technology solutions that support internal business functions, including Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR. This role owns and manages technology roadmaps and is directly responsible for planning, leading, and delivering technology initiatives from concept through implementation.
What You Will Do
Define, maintain, and govern technology roadmaps, translate strategic priorities into sequenced initiatives, lead roadmap prioritization and trade-off decisions, and directly manage IT initiatives across the full project lifecycle.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Product Owner or in a similar role managing internal IT initiatives
- Strong experience with the Salesforce platform, including both functional and technical capabilities
- Experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Service Cloud
- Experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Field Service strongly preferred
- Experience with Salesforce Sales, Experience, and Revenue Clouds is a plus
- Project Management Professional and Product Owner certifications preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred
