Job Description
Eleven Recruiting is seeking an experienced Product Owner to join an investment firm's team in New York, NY. The Product Owner will be responsible for leading structured discovery efforts, building and maintaining a product roadmap, and driving AI-enabled transformation.
Requirements
7+ years in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Business Analyst role within financial services
Direct experience with back-office operations, fund accounting, reconciliation, controller workflows, or treasury
Experience leading AI-driven or intelligent automation initiatives within finance or investment operations
Hands-on experience with fund accounting, reconciliation platforms, NAV processes, GL controls, or operational control frameworks
Strong stakeholder management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proven ability to break down complex problems and drive decisions with incomplete information
