Role OverviewThe Product Owner reports to the Director of Software Engineering and is responsible for understanding business needs and priorities at a strategic level while providing communication and coordination between the relevant business partners and development teams. This Product Owner role will focus on Claims, Billing, Agent and Member Experience domains, ensuring seamless delivery of digital products and services that directly impact member and agent interactions.
What You Will Do
Define the vision for the development team, partner with Sales and Marketing teams, collaborate with Human Resources, engage with Finance stakeholders, manage the product backlog, prioritize needs, oversee the stages of development, anticipate client, agent and member needs, and evaluate product progress.

The successful candidate will work in a hybrid capacity between our Home Office in the Greater Seattle area, and remotely. Candidate must live within driving distance of our offices and have high-speed internet (internet speed test required).
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and processes.
- In-depth understanding of insurance industry market conditions and trends, particularly as they relate to claims processing, billing systems, quoting and agent/member-facing platforms.
