Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience in the Treasury domain, with at least 3–5 years in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Lead Business Analyst role.
- Strong understanding of Treasury business processes across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office functions.
- Deep knowledge of Treasury products and financial instruments.
- Proven experience managing Agile product backlogs and defining user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage senior business leaders and technical teams.
- Experience driving product delivery in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience in prioritization frameworks and product lifecycle management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- MBA (Finance) or equivalent financial qualification preferred.
