Role Overview

We are hiring a Product Owner to drive a high-impact ServiceNow implementation for a leading Federal Healthcare Insurance organization. The ideal candidate will be a visionary who can lead multiple scrum teams and deliver real business value.

What You Will Do

Develop and align the Product Roadmap, lead Product Backlog definition, build and prioritize Product Backlog, drive ServiceNow implementation, and coach team members in Scrum and Agile practices.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, prior experience with ServiceNow Implementation, and in-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum process and principles.

Requirements

  • 8+ years total experience with 6+ years as a Product Owner
  • Prior experience supporting a ServiceNow Implementation as a Product Owner
  • ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, and/or CRM module experience required
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum process and principles
  • Proven experience building roadmaps for digital product advancements
  • Ability to manage multiple scrum teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
