Role OverviewAs the Product Owner- Workflow Orchestration, you will create the strategy, determine the business goals, formulate scope and develop a roadmap for the implementation of the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) platform and other large-scale strategic MassMutual initiatives.
What You Will Do
You will partner with all levels of leadership and cross-enterprise parties on the execution of the advisor and customer engagement strategy, and lead prioritization, scope, and timing of Salesforce deliverables.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years equivalent work experience in business consulting or project management in lieu of degree
- 5+ years of experience in working with various project delivery models (agile, waterfall, hybrid)
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, Genesys or other enterprise CRM/ Client Engagement platforms
