Product & Privacy Counsel

Partner with Product and Engineering teams to provide legal guidance on data collection, retention, consent, and privacy-by-design. Own Parallel's privacy and data protection program, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and emerging AI and state privacy laws.

What You Will Do

Develop policies, manage DPAs, oversee data mapping, and build scalable templates and playbooks. Negotiate data licensing and protection agreements confidently.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of experience in privacy, data protection, or product counseling, a J.D., and active U.S. bar membership (California preferred).
