Role OverviewThe Product Quality Technician is a key member of the Rently team, heavily involved in supporting engineering projects across our smart home product line. This role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of our hardware and service offerings through rigorous incoming quality control checks and the execution of comprehensive test plans.

Utilize incoming quality control checks and best practices to ensure all products and service offerings meet Rently’s standards. Execute detailed test plans for smart home-based devices and associated software applications to identify defects or functional issues.

Requirements
- Proven experience working with computers and smart devices.
- Hands-on experience with precision tools and repairing consumer electronics.

- Basic familiarity with graphic design or editing software.
- Strong attention to detail and a fundamental understanding of consumer-based hardware and software.
- Proven ability to multitask effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
