Role OverviewThe Product Research Lead will lead user research initiatives to identify customer needs, behaviors, and pain points across digital products and marketing experiences. They will design and execute qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, synthesize research findings, and partner with cross-functional teams to define research objectives and evaluate proposed solutions.
What You Will Do
The Product Research Lead will conduct user research, analyze customer feedback and usage data, and present findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams. They will also maintain a centralized repository of research findings and evaluate emerging research tools and methodologies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Marketing Research, User Experience, Business, or a related field
- Five (5) years of experience in user research, product research, market research, customer insights, or related disciplines
- Experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research
- Knowledge of user research methodologies, customer experience principles, and behavioral analysis techniques
- Strong analytical, research synthesis, and stakeholder communication skills
